PNY QUADRO P620 Graphic Card (VCQP620V2-PB)

Used two of these for my home server running ESXi and configured them for PCI-passthrough to two of my VMs. Install was simple, and didn’t require additional power. The passthrough worked flawlessly and my VMs are running with no issues!

I recently purchased this video card in replacement of my older card GT 610 that was no longer handling the graphics on my computer. Although this card is an older generation NVIDIA GPU, but it is working well for my need. It was very easy to install and so far no issues.

I have been using this card since 2020 and now I can assure you, it is an absolute workhorse. I used this card on a workstation PC and it's currently being used to support a 4K monitor. Watching 4K content with this card is no biggie but it struggles with 8K videos. Make sure you have at least 16GB system memory so that you can share some memory with this card. It might sound ridiculous but I played light games and did some screen capturing with this card using OBS. I lightly edited well over 800+ videos for my YT channel and they all were encoded with this little card in 4K resolution. Encoding video in 4K takes sometime but I am not in rush anyway.Please understand that it is not a gaming GPU rather a professional GPU. So, have that in mind. If you want to do multi-monitor setup or simply want to have a general purpose GPU to support your monitors, go for it. Even then, I would highly recommend to go for at least 4GB or 8GB based other professional GPU. Nvidia Ampere series cards are very good now a days for similar tasks. They are newer generation card and would be supported for many years to come.However, if you are hell-bent on buying this card now for whatever reason, after so many years, I would highly recommend to remove the shroud and change the thermal paste though.Overall, this is a superb card for it's purpose. I could not be happier, worked great

I purchased the QUADRO P620 Graphic Card with the intent of using it primarily for folding (folding-at-home). It has been a solid performer running at >97% GPU load, generating 150k-190k PPD depending on project. The card is tiny in the attached picture, compared to the heat-sink cooler in the background. I would install a 2nd P620 if the motherboard had another PCI slot.

The product itself is fine. The card runs four monitors and the fan is mostly quiet. However, 2 stars because this particular listing is not for a new-in-the-box card. It's used.
