I have purchased Afrikan Republic yellow shea butter from its site but the quality of the shea butter is low. I had found tiny black specks throughout the shea butter, which I had found to be seeds from a gourd, according to the company's owner. I think this shea butter is dyed and possibly deodorized based on its color--read about shea butter. The price of each item on the site is inflated, so you won't be getting top quality or a competitive price. If you need help, this company won't help you depending on what your needs are. Please be advised: know your rights concerning refunds before spending your money with this company. You can find better shea butter from other companies and at better prices and maybe receive better customer service. I won't buy from this company again and maybe not this kind of shea butter again due to lack of authenticity. Afrikan Republic also has negative reports against it through the better business bureau. Buyers, beware!
