These fit my 8 year old, she is a size 10 in clothes. Her volleyball is not super intense yet but they help her feel the part of a volleyball player!

These are just a little tight and I have skinny legs. Maybe they have to be that way to stay on. I like them very much!

The color is perfect!The foam padding could be tapered on the edges to make it more appealing, and the tubeular bande above and below the padding is shorter than the picture and it dosent stay, thus kinda shriveling...

I use these in addition to a padded mat for some floor exercises. They are not only cute (pink) but can really set a pole outfit up for beginning pole.

Excellent knee pads for floor work. I love that they are longer than average knee pads, which means they stay put and don’t slide around as much. The material is very stretchy so don’t size up. Get your normal size.

Not crazy about these. Although they are very cute, the pads inside completely wore down after just an hour of dancing with them on… knees were still very bruised even though they were brand new. Inside pads are no good in my opinion

I love these knee pads, their color is so pretty .. they are very comfortable and give great support for the knee without them being so big or tight. I have thin legs and I go the size M and they fit me well without them being so tight or too loose
