A healthy alternative to regular soda.

Wanted to try such drink for gut health. Don’t notice any difference but I don’t drink it every day. Like the tastes if each flavor. Grape is little too sweet for me but I can water it down with ice. Would recommend for a nice change from just plain water and also benefit of prebiotics too

I’ve now become a part of the “Tik Tok made me do it” trend…well more like FB reels since I don’t use Tik Tok. Anyway I decided to try this since I’ve been having a little bit of gut problem and read that apple cider vinegar can help but is quite nasty. The price is crazy, but decided to give it a try anyways since all the reviews raved about the taste. I ordered the variety pack and tried a different flavor daily. All the flavors were pretty bland, except the strawberry lemon and that tasted more lemony with no strawberry taste. I’m not sure if it’s helping my gut, since I’ve only been drinking them for less than a week; but as of now, the bland taste and high price (roughly $2.50/can) guarantee I will not be reordering. The three stars were mostly for the taste of strawberry lemon one.

Absolutely love the taste! So refreshing and zero aftertaste. Highly recommend!
