The customization was great how they SHOWED the name on the product so you can physically see how the font would look alomgside the symbol of your choice. I placed this in my cart weeks ago but was hesitant to push "order now" as I figured SOMETHING would go wrong with it being customized... I added about 17 other items to my cart before purchasing. This was the FIRST product in my order of 18 that arrived!!!!! It took LESS THAN A WEEK TO GET HERE !!!!! You would think with it being engraved and customized that it would have been like one of the last things to arrive but NOPE! 😊PRODUCT: When I slid the box opened I was relieved the tag ring was in there and was even more so relieved it was a smaller ring than the average size key ring. Picking the bag up with the tag inside i noticed immediately it was heavier than the dog tags I got engraved at my local pet store. When I pulled the tag out I was pleasantly surprised as how thick it was and how durable it felt. The font engraving on the tag is decently deep so I don't feel it will wear off or "rub off" like seen on other engraved tag reviews. It does feel a bit sharper on the edges and where the writing is than I'd like it to be ; but honestly that's not something a nail buffer can't fix easily.OVERALL INITIAL REVIEW: BUY IT!! RIGHT NOW! You won't be disappointed at all!!!!APPEARANCE: There's no denying it looks AMAZING on my handsome Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy. He is 10 weeks and is 8-10lbs in his photo. I believe I ordered the medium size. The size isn't obnoxiously large nor is it too small for him. Perfect for a small-medium pup!UPDATED USED/DURABILITY RATING: *I will update this rate after using it on my pup and seeing the durability and whatnot.

I've bought personalized tags for our dogs before, but they've always still been the typical aluminium ones. When I was looking for a replacement tag for for Draco after he came home nekkid from "dog camp" while my husband & I were on vacation last year, none of the usual options offered quite what I was looking for.Then I came across this shop. The tags still weren't exactly what I was looking for, but they were SO beautiful and I couldn't stop clicking through them. My husband named Draco after the HP character, but it *is* also the name of a constellation...thus my choice of tag.When the tag arrived, I got so excited — I thought someone had sent ME jewelry! It was so beautifully and thoughtfully packaged! I laughed when I opened it and saw that it was for the dog. The tag is even more lovely in person than it is online — I admit I was hesitant to give it to Draco even though I bought it for him. He's been wearing it for 5 months now and it looks almost like new — if I look closely, I can see some tiny dings and scratches in the metal, but the black design/text looks just as clear as the day it came and everything still feels smooth.It's very thick and sturdy — no worries about it bending or the ring wearing through like I've had happen with the aluminum tags. I love these so much I want one for myself! I'm actually thinking about ordering another to use as a keychain with the name of the dog we lost in 2019.I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a high quality tag for their pet!

SO PRETTY! I adore this tag! It’s around the price you’ll see in a pet store, but in a cute, unique design I haven’t seen. But the quality is very nice, thick and super sturdy. I can’t say much for the durability but I hope it won’t fade or scratch much. The letters are ENGRAVED! I got this one because I hoped it was really laser engraved and not just printed on. And it is!I got the small size for my 11 lb min schnauzer and it looks cute and a good size for her. I think if your dog is under 15 lbs it wouldn’t be too small to get the small size.

I have used normal inexpensive tags for years. They’ve been fine, though sometimes I have needed to replace them with time because of the shallow engraving and thin metal.I got rose gold, small, round- and these tags are beautiful. They come in a small gift box and cloth baggy, with beautiful thank you cards. They present as if they are made at a smaller company that is quality controlling each item that goes out.The tag was thicker than I expected, deeply engraved, and the engraving was stained for clear legibility. It looks beautiful, and despite how thick it is, my little 4lb cat is happy sprinting around and playing with it on. 💕I have since purchased one as a gift, one for our new puppy, and two more for my partner’s cats as well. I LOVE these. They are consistently such great quality.

I’m SO happy with this tag! I was having a hard time finding a good quality, beautiful ID tag for my yorkie Tinkerbell. She has a long name and so many other Tag companies have a 9 character limit. I was so happy when I saw this diamond shaped tag that could fit all 10 characters of her name. I bought the smallest size tag. My yorkie weighs barely 8lbs but now that I see it in person, I think I would have preferred one size up just because the tag is so cute and I’d like it to show up more. The smallest size is great for a kitty though! I will definitely be ordering more of these tags! I also really love and appreciate the special packaging and quick shipping!
