I tried a couple of heaters in my greenhouse and this one wins by a mile. It has a dial to adjust the temperature but it is perfect for this spot because it is waterproof and I have sprayers that water about every other day. I have a mechanism that turns this heater on when the temperature gets too low in my greenhouse. It’s perfect.

This is the first review I’ve ever written but I have to spread the word.. this greenhouse heater is on its 2nd winter and works soo good! Pictured is the outside temp vs the inside of my greenhouse. I have the Amazon smart plug attached to it and a thermometer also in there attached to my alexa so I never have to go in the greenhouse - I can monitor the temp and turn the plug on for the heater whenever temps drop. Def recommend!

The fan barely blows and produces very little heat. Looks awesome but its more like a 500 watt heater! After further use of this product I have changed my mind. It works fine, it just takes awhile to heat up. Its doing a great job in my greenhouse!

BEWARE. I used this in a new greenhouse. Excellent heat, not too loud. Attached to thermostat controlled on/off switch to maintain warmth on cold nights. Did an excellent job heating 5x10 greenhouse 43 up to 55 degrees in about 30 minutes, then shutting off x 2 hours until greenhouse cooled to 43 again, then cycled on again.BUT, after about 10 cycles the entire heater/fan stopped working, even after doing manual suggested trouble shooting. No noise, no nothing. I returned for a full refund.

The label on the housing says indoor use only which tells me it is not good for the greenhouse which at times has high moisture conditions.

Better to get a heater with thermostat control. I was having to go to the green house all night to unjust the temperature up as the temp dropped outside, using this heater in an approximately 5' x 5' x 6' greenhouse. I don't know what they mean in their description by "the desired room temperature," but this heater does not have a place where you can set an actual temperature. It also does not turn off automatically when it hits a certain temperature. It appears, so far while I've used it, that turning the setting halfway between Min and Max keeps the greenhouse at about 20ﾟ above what the outside temperature is. The outside temperature overnight was about 51ﾟ and greenhouse temperature stayed at about 71ﾟ . But I overslept until around noon, the outside temperature went up to 64ﾟ, and at that point the temperature in the greenhouse was at 84, too hot for my little seedlings. I gave it to my son for his one car garage, and it is adequate as long as he is in the garage to watch it.

A splash resistant heater at a reasonable cost? Sign me up!I bought this heater to keep a 320 sq ft greenhouse above freezing for the early part of spring. It worked quite well for the early part of March, but then the plug shorted out and melted itself and the socket it was plugged into. Technically, the heater still works but it sparks and crackles so it's unsafe.Still, for 2 weeks it was a great purchase and I was able to discover the problem before it started a fire.

Fan/heater is fantastic. Recommend buying by itself.Don't bother buying the heater/thermostat combo. Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy a proper thermostat. Mine won't switch from F to C by using the up/down buttons like the instructions say. Also, the reset button doesn't work.

Worked great. Had it set up to a timer for cooler evenings - plants loved it! Nice and compact.
