Pros: Low price. Easy to read and use.Cons: Poor battery cover design. Clasp easily broken. One of the slowest oximeters I've used. More Difficult than most to obtain reading on patients with poor circulation. Feels cheap.

We are having problems getting a reading on this device. We move our finger around as instructed. It takes more than a minute to get a reading if we can get one. Very disappointed. Are we doing something wrong? My husband needs to read his pulse each morning and this is not instilling trust that we are getting an accurate reading to give his doctor.Can we return this item for something better. By the way, our device is blue. The photo of the one we bought is white. We’re we sent the wrong item?Sharon Cole

Shipped from China, it took three months to arrive. After ten weeks, I bought a different one and tried to cancel. They told me that it was too late to cancel and also too late to return and so now I have two. The other one is much nicer and I paid the same price. The readout on this one is not not so good.

The device is simple and easy to use.The delivery time was terrible, and until I contacted the seller a few days before expected delivery (2 months after ordered), it was not in the country yet.Finally arrived several weeks later than expected, but getting it on time would have meant that it would have had to be in the USA within 60 days of placing the order.My battery cover hasn’t broken yet, tho I’ve had it for about an hour.If that changes, I’ll update this review.

I waited over a month to receive this product which is understandable amid a pandemic. I left it in it's original packaging. (a cheap little box) hoping I would never need it. Now, I need it and it doesn't work. It won't even turn on. I have purchased new batteries, replaced those batteries, turned them around just in case the inside was mismarked, read the instructions up and down hoping there might be a "secret tab" that needs to be pulled. Nope, It just doesn't work! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! My husband is now frantically trying to find one in case I can stay out of the hospital!!

I needed to monitor my oxygen saturation. I have asthma and I like to know how I’m doing. You can wear it when you exercise if you do a treadmill you can wear it very briefly just to get a clue. It works well, easy to use, And inexpensive. It took a long time to come probably due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

The instructions are too fine to read and the illustration of battery position is incorrect. The lower cell must be reversed. The spring for that cell is on the wrong end of the battery holder. If installed as illustrated, it can't work. Observe the polarity signs on the battery holder!
