Incomplete order
I didn't get a shoulder strap with the bag and it's vital to my using the bag. How can I get one?

Good duffle bag EXCEPT it's too big for most airlines overhead bin allowance!
QUICK SUMMARY: This is a nice bag overall, except it's too big to fit in the overhead bin space of most US airlines. That makes this a 3-star product, since it's advertised as a "carry on travel duffle."This rolling duffle bag is a nice-looking bag in a charcoal grey color. When empty, it weighs approximately 5 pounds. Its dimensions when resting on its base are approximately 11.5 inches wide by 12 inches tall by 24.5 inches long (including wheels). NOTE: This is longer than most airlines allow for carry-on luggage! Check with your airline to see if it meets the required dimensions if you plan to use this bag as a carry-on!The bag is made of a water-resistant material on both the outside and the inside, with a thin layer of padding between them. The inside seams are sewn with bias facing to prevent fraying. All the seams appear to be straight and strong. There is a zipper in the lining on the bottom of the bag which is helpful if you ever need to fix the extending handle. The extendable handle has two positions, one extending 8 inches from the top of the bag and one extending 15 inches. The handle glides smoothly up and down and locks into place whatever height you prefer. A button on the handle allows you to change the length of the handle or telescope it back into the bag.The bag has a hard bottom with two rubber ribs on the outside for support and to keep the bottom of the bag slightly above whatever it is resting on. The two wheels only roll straight (they do not swivel) so the bag must be tipped on its edge and pulled with the handle. There is a padded grip on the end of the bag, and a shoulder strap is included which can be attached to carry the bag. There are also carrying handles on the middle of the bag which can be connected together with Velcro to prevent them from catching on machinery, etc. if you are checking the bag on an airplane. On the outside of the bag is a small zippered pocket 12 inches long by 4.5 inches deep. Along the inside of the bag are two mesh pockets along one side, each approximately 8 inches deep by 10 inches long, and a zippered pocket along the other side approximately 7 inches deep by 11 inches long.According to the tag, the bag fits 49 liters of clothing (though I’ve never actually measured my clothing in liters). Google says that translates to about 1.7 square feet of storage space. The tag also states that the bag will hold five pairs of trousers, 6 dress shirts, a toiletry kit, and four pairs of shoes. You might have to leave behind a pair of shoes in order to fit underclothes and socks in however.CONCLUSION: If you're using this for an overnight bag and not boarding an airliner, this is a 5-star product. But if you use this to travel by air, beware that your gate attendant may not let you use this with the airliner's overhead storage space!

Great bag for short trips
First off the bag looks really nice and sleek. When I saw it I immediately thought it looked classy and nice. After receiving it it for sure does look nice. Really happy with the look.Quality - The material seems to be really nice and well made and I imagine it will last for a while. Not super thick that you would want to check this one a lot but great for a weekender or short trip. The zippers on this also seem really smooth and nice. Not the cheap thin ones that are going to break after a few uses. The wheels seem smooth and strong and i don't expect those to get messed up either.Size - Size is pretty good. I would say it is a hair long and would prefer it to be a little shorter for a carry on but it does work. It holds quite a bit and you can fit a lot into it. The width and depth is pretty good though.Wheels - I know a lot of people prefer different wheels but these style wheels are actually my preference. I like them to be sturdy and do not like the swivel wheels so I am really happy with the wheels but I know others do not prefer these types of wheels.Negatives - The one negative I have is it can tip over pretty easy when stood up on its own. Not a deal breaker but annoying when it keeps tipping.Overall, I really like it and am very happy with it for short trips and getaways.

Great weekender bag!
Okay, I immediately fell in love with this bag when I saw it, and after a couple days using it, I still absolutely love it! So, why only 4 stars instead of 5? There are two things that stick out to me that keep this bag from being a solid 5. The first, this bag has fixed wheels, instead of 360 swivel wheels. The second, the bag has some trouble standing up on its own. There have been a few instances where it falls over backwards. This makes sense, since the bottom of the bag isn’t flat. For me, these two things make this bag more of a weekender bag, and less of an airport bag. Let’s get to the pros:Ultra durable, canvas like material is very thick, and helps repel water.Incredibly well madeLightweightHolds a crazy amount of stuffVery stylishHandle feels well madeWheels spin easily and seem like nice qualityI’m pretty picky with luggage, and I have some of the nicest luggage you can get, and I will honestly say that this is a piece I will use over and over again.
