Very cute but already showing signs of wear
This item is super cute..at first. It looks like steel, but is definitely not. After only a couple of weeks of wear, the coating that made it look steel along the seams on the back is now coppery colored. Thus far the discoloration is not visible from the front...yet, only on the back. However, after barely 2 weeks you would NOT expect this to be the case.The chain looks eh, but for the price it's what you'd expect. I have others that I can use instead.Lastly, to open the watch you pinch the ears together (pull them towards the top of the head). So far the opening and closing mechanism work as expected and the clock keeps perfect time.I was happy at first. Now I'm just disappointed.At the current price point, 2 stars. At a cheaper price point (about half), I'd give it 3 stars.

I loved the bronze one so much I bought it in black and silver
I wouldn't say these are just for kids. These adorable owls are for any age but I would think it was more for an adult since it's an analog clock. They are very well made . One wing is a bit harder to open but I think it's just the design. It's a great watch and I get so many compliments on them.

The numbers are bold and easy to read . I leave the wings open so I can see the time at a glance.

Chain broke in an hour…. But great watch!
My daughter loves her watch! Works great and looks beautiful. Chain was garbage and lasted literally an hour before breaking which was disappointing for such a beautiful peice.

Difficult to open
The left wing clicks open fine but the right wing is very stiff and difficult to open. Clock so far keeping good time after 72 hours.
