Dragon ShieldBundle: 5 Packs of Smoke Perfect Fit Standard Size Sleeves - 500 Sleeves Total

I had been using ultra-pro profit sleeves for my cards until I saw a video by the Professor recommending Dragon Shield Perfect fits. So I figured I'd give them a try as I sleeve up my preconstructed commander decks. They fit perfectly but are easy to slide in. The ultra-pro sleeves were decidedly more snug and took more effort to sleeve the cards.While they are a bit more costly than the ultra-pro, the investment is worth it to protect a collection that is reaching into the thousands of dollars now.

Well, they’re certainly smoke sleeves.They’re not the same sleeves as advertised though, so they’re not going to go on my more important cards which actually need protected from possible damage.Images above are shown to be regular bottom loaders and what I’d received instead was 500 side loaders.The reason this is a problem is both the ability to keep water off the cards in case of a spill and the ability to keep my cards in pristine condition if they’re foiled, as air and air pockets cause foiled cards to “Pringle” or effectively bend if they’re not sleeved with the correct inners. This could be a problem. Bottom loaders are more effective for both factors mentioned above.

Compared to other Dragon Shield inner sleeves that I've purchased, these were particularly difficult to fit into Dragon Shield outer sleeves without the card sliding out of the inner sleeve. The batch that I received might have been made marginally wider than the intended width and therefore a fluke (i.e. not indicative of the general product quality). Sleeving with them has not been pleasant.

If your goal with these are to double sleeve do not waste your time or money. The size of these are off and are too big and/or do not grip the card tight enough. This causes the inner sleeve to slide off when attempting to double sleeve. Did not experience this with the regular clear Dragon Shield Perfect Fits, but these Smoke ones must use a different formula and are essentially useless for double sleeving as a result.

The reference photo shows that they are top loaders, however they sent me side loaders instead

They fit perfect and come packaged well. I wouldn't mind the smoke side being a bit lighter, but they're still great!

these are one of the best brand out there for inner sleeves, the quality is great and they are capable of mix and match with most brand outer sleeves with no issue.
