These cutting boards are okay, not amazing. These are my first flexible cutting boards I have purchased. So far no problems. I don't think they are dishwasher safe though. I put the small one in my dishwasher and it came out a little bent, not badly, but still a mishapped. I will be hand washing them from now on. I did receive multiple emails from the sellers making sure I was happy with the product and asking for Amazon reviews.0, I found this unnecessary and a little annoying. One follow up is okay, but multiple seemed like overkill.

Self-healing nature of mat grips sharp knives; Heat temporarily warps the shape
I use this almost daily with little trouble. I hand wash it with hot (not scalding) water. I notice the side that is exposed to the hot water expands and causes the mat to bend. When I expose the other side to the water, it first straightens, the bends the other way, as the first side cools. When I place this on a rack to dry, it regains it's shape pretty quickly.The biggest problem is that the mat "grabs" the knife much more than a wooden block. I suppose it has to do with the self-healing nature of the mat. This doesn't affect me much, but if someone had a rhythm for chopping/cuttiing built up over years, this could really hamper your food prep routine.Not bad for approx. $20.

BEST CUTTING MATT EVER
I cook a fair amount and when I cook I chop a lot. I got this to use for thanksgiving prep vs. the thin flexible cutting matts that I normally use for prep. OMG it's amazing. Normally I have to stack the thin matts to get the proper cutting surface for my very sharp knives, but with this I didn't! It's thick enough that you don't feel like you will cut the counter below with a sharp knife, flexible enough to "roll" the potatoes into the pot without splashing and just "soft" enough that you can get the perfect rhythm going when chopping.I loved this so much I got one for my mom for the upcoming holidays as a gift.I wish it came in just green (it's the perfect green)

My new forever cutting boards!
I received both mats and gift dish towels and they look and feel great. The boards (1 small and 1 large) are very thin but clearly very strong and do not show any cut marks after use. They are quite bendy too so I can easily funnel chopped vegetables accurately into a bowl or pan without any spillage or needing to scoop off the workspace. They do NOT slide on the counter while being used, which is awesome and clean up is really easy. They will go into the dishwasher if needed. My new forever cutting boards!

Good Cutting Board
Simply great. So far I like it a lot, a lot better than the other wood or glass ones I had been using. Seems a little pricy at first but if you get it with the extra green mat and towels it is a great deal.The only issues so far, especially with the larger one is that it does not lay completely flat, the edges hold up off the surface in most places. Maybe if the mat was a little thicker or not as ridged.Good Cutting Board, I recommend it.*Now Dance Rachael, DANCE!*

Perfect for my needs!
Great cutting boards! I had a solid plastic one for t he last 6 years and it's finally worthy of the trash can. I wanted something that was a good size and flexible so I can easily transfer cut veggies into a frying pan and the Ninjamat fits that bill. It's really nice to have two in a set so I don't have to wash the board between two different kinds of food. When I do wash it, any food on there comes right off with minimal scrubbing. Great boards, I hope they last awhile!

I like these, however, if you put them in the dishwasher they tend to curl up which is annoying. I always need to flatten them out before using. I like that you can curl them to put your diced, sliced & chopped stuff into a measuring cup or skillet. I like to be able to put them in the dishwasher too -- I think, more sanitary, but they will curl up.

stays flexible and doesn't warp or curl.
First I bought one set to try out. These mats are thick yet flexible. Theywash up easily and so far, have not warped or curled like other brand ones I had bought. After a couple weeks of use I realized these are the best flex cutting mats I have ever had so I ordered 2 more sets and threw out all the old off brand ones that curled and warped and got hard and inflexible.I like that the set comes with 2 kitchen towels. A nice bonus.
