Good grill, especially for the price.
Packaging: Great boxing, poor internal packaging. The hopping is shipped inside the grill, and not secured/padded very well. My hopper ended up scratched and the dripping collector was bent. Neither of these things are big deals overall.Assembly: Super easy. It comes with everything you need, including “IKEA” style wrenches. I can’t remember, but I might have needed a standard sized Phillips screwdriver as well.Use: To be honest, it’s a bit thin, which translates to temp swings, especially if it’s windy. I’m planning on adding fire bricks to help stabilize the temperature. Additionally the side walls of the hopper a vertical, and have a flat bottom- this means you have to manually manipulate your pellets to ensure they get into the augur. This isn’t something you need to do often- like once every two hours.Overall: I’m pretty impressed for the price- it does a good job of working to keep temps stable, which is hard because the shell is thin. It comes with 2 probes that are pretty darn accurate.

Seems like a scam
Grill arrived damaged. Sometimes you have to flip the on/off switch a couple of times before it will turn on. Also, now the hopper/fire pot is leaking green fluid. I attempted to contact the company and have had ZERO response! It comes with a warranty, but what good is a warranty if you can't get a hold of the company?! Do not buy!

Very disappointed in this I followed the instructions and knob on the dial is broke went and smoked some ribs the heat didn't satay constant the paint or what ever they used is bubbled and is peeling off

Poor packaging
The product was received damaged..hoping that it will work when we fire it up.
