Love Biokap natural hair dye so much, i am so pleased I found it! I discovered it earlier this year and I’m working my way through colours each month (on my greying roots - I’m 42) to find the lightest shade I can to suit my skin tone… I used to be naturally very dark brown, and dyed it even more so for decades….now I think my skin needs something slightly lighter… Works in ten mins - what a bonus, no excuse not to pop this on before a shower, no more waiting for 40 mins..! Sue at Biokap has been absolutely superb at answering my emails and providing advice, their customer service and desire to support is second to none. I moved from 4.0 and just tried 6.34 yesterday, I think I found my colour 🙌🏻 Hoping to keep dying only my roots, and grow out my slightly darker ends (it doesn’t look too pronounced, as I only ever added the Biokap colours to my roots) the warm tone of 6.34 is just what my face needed. ** this is the 5th colour I have tested with Biokap. My advice to anyone wanting to try their brilliant product is that these seem to come out much darker than the names suggest..! 4.0 was ultra close to black on me, but it’s name is Natural Brown 😱 I wasn’t happy when I first used it! Therefore, I would advise on starting light (choosing a high numbered box) then moving down the numbers to the darker shades (1.0 is black) as you can obviously put dark dye over light successfully, but light over permanent dark won’t lighten your hair. Hence me dying only the roots. The ends that have the darker colour from another brand are subtly fading, so this works for me. My goal is to make the most of the greys coming through, and to use them as natural streaks where they will have a warmer highlight… 👍🏻 Who knows…it might start a trend….life’s an experiment 🤗🤗

Been allergic to every hair dye till i come a cross this. No allergic reaction beautiful colour and covered all my grey in 10 min. Definetly worth every penny. 🙏🙏

It certainly dyed my greys to dark golden blonde but it had little to no effect to lift my original dark hair colour :(My hair is naturally soft black and I have a bit of greys that needs covering, so I've been using Garnier Olia 5.15 or 5.12 for many years with great result. It lifted up my hair colour to medium/light brown with good grey coverage, but after so many years of dying my hair I wanted to try something different that contains no PPD or other allergy causing ingredients so I decided to try this one.Other user reviews for this brand's product said the colour appeared much darker on their hair than what it says on the box, so I got this dark golden blonde hoping it will match my dyed light brown hair.I left the product on at the roots for around 40 mins as my greys are stubborn and the original hair colour is darker, but sadly I just ended up having lighter streaks of hairs in very dark brown root.I only dyed it yesterday so I'm not sure if the colour will wash off and get lighter afterwards, but if not I'll go back to Olia and use it on top :(Maybe this BioKap products works well for someone who naturally has lighter hair colour and wants to change the shade, but not for who has darker hair colour and wants to lighten it.

I love the fact that this is made with natural products, not chemicals, and that it works so quickly, however it is MUCH darker than I thought it would be.

Disappointed unfortunately a waste of money

this is a great dye hair product that is gentle on your hair and gives a great rich colour. It's darker than expected at first but then it tones down. That's the only brand I trust for my DIY hair colour at home.
