With the price we paid and the value we get, it is an excellent product. The Microphone pre-amp and aux input mixer are functional together so well. Please be aware that the product is from Canada, return shipping may cost you more. But it is still better than waiting for the long shipping from other countries and the headache of returning the product. The reason for getting a 4 star is it seems that there are bad solders on the PCB. Do they still using conventional 60/40 and 63/37 Sn-Pb solder???? Please make sure you double check every soldering on the PCB, ensure that they are all in good shape.
