Great product, shipping failure
I love this product. I have hard water with a softener and these drop in really work on keeping the toilet bowl clean. Without them I would get iron stains. These really do keep stains away. I would buy again. Only issue: they were packed so tightly inside a bag that it crushed the boxes. I had to take them out and place them inside a ziplock bag. Thank goodness they are individually wrapped. That’s the reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Seems to be working
I had sediment in toilet tank. Starting using these and have not had a problem in over a year. Highy recommend.
