This soap dispenser was a great addition to my downstairs bathroom. 2020 especially is a time when people are more and more concerned with touching surfaces, especially in a place like a bathroom. Having a soap dispenser that enables people to wash their hands without touching the dispenser is an invaluable addition for the comfort of my family as well as any guests I may have. Here are some pros and cons to help with your buying decision:Pros:+ Contactless dispenser. This one is of course obvious, but it is the most important feature of this device. This really is the best reason to purchase it.+ Large capacity. This device can hold a surprisingly large amount of soap! It definitely has more capacity than the manual soap dispensers in my house.+ Suprisingly nice looking. Honestly the picture used to sell this doesn't do it justice in my opinion. It looks much nicer in person and at the angle in which most people will view it. I was definitely more confident in the purchase decision once I saw it on my bathroom vanity.Cons:- Batteries not included. Note that it was not advertised as batteries included, but I think this is a feature most people expect when buying a new product like this. This device took 4 AAA batteries, which I anticipate should last a very long time given the time this device requires power is only a few times a day. For those looking for more sustainable, you could probably consider 4 rechargeable AAA batteries.- Low Soap Output. This probably is impacted by the viscosity of the soap that you use, but the amount of soap that comes out of mine through activation is a bit smaller than I would like. That said, the device is very responsive so using the pump a couple of times isn't really an issue if need be. A future version of this product with an adjustable setting for the amount to pump would be a great addition.

This was a great hand soap dispenser until it broke down on us in a month. All of a sudden it stopped working and now I’m stuck with it. It looks like a great dispenser, but I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options on amazon that will fit your needs.

I really like this soap dispenser. It looks nice on the counter and it works well most of the time. Every once in a while it won't dispense the first try but usually does the second or third time. Overall I am happy with it and would recommend it.

I bought this in October of last year, and now in January it is being replaced. The item has some good features; It has a clean, modern design, it doesn’t seem too big for a pedestal bathroom sink, it’s not too loud, and it casts a blue light where the soap is dispensed. I didn’t think much of the last feature until I washed my hands during a late night bathroom trip in low light. Then I really appreciated it. Except for one major issue, this was a pretty good product.Unfortunately, this dispenser just doesn’t pump out enough soap. When new, it needed two pump cycles to get the minimal amount of soap for a decent hand washing and as time passed, it dispensed less and less soap, even with fresh batteries. When four pump cycles no longer provided enough soap, I decided it had to be replaced.In the end, if you are looking for an automatic soap dispenser, I recommend purchasing one with an adjustable volume control to avoid the problem I experienced.

If you have small children, this is a game changer for hand washing time, especially during these times of quarantine. I have a three year old and a six year old and in between climbing onto the step stool, trying to reach the knob for the water, using two hands for a standard soap pump...it’s an ordeal. Now they can just wave their little hands under the dispenser and voila! It’s easy to load with batteries, easy to fill up with soap (you’ll need the foam soap specifically, or to dilute regular soap), and easy to use. the only (very) slight downside: it’s quite loud when it dispenses soap. I might just get one for every bathroom in the house.

So excited when it arrived. Worked great up until about a week ago. Then soap wouldn’t dispense. Checked it out and a part is floating around in the body. I’m the only one who uses it. Clueless. I’m attributing this loss to poor quality/workmanship.

It's sleek, easy to setup and not noisy to use, however I've put hand sanitizer in and it dispenses way too much product and I can't find any way to reduce the output which is unfortunate as I may need to return as a result. I would rate this 5 stars if not for this.

I bought two soap dispensers. First one got rusted (within 2days) where the batteries were. The second works fine but afraid it would get rusted quick because of the design, batteries are at bottom of the dispenser. Otherwise the motion detection works ok, could be better.

i bought these for my office and they dispense a very small drip of soap out or don't work at all. They are all faulty. DO NOT BUY. My mother has the Umbra ones and they work very well.
