I'm posting this under a different name. I purchased this last week and so far it has been amazing.I canceled my cable subscription because I got more channels and the fee with this device is much cheaper.Excellent selection of channels in many languages and several countries including the U.S.I also want to note that their customer service is excellent.Update: I've owned this product for approximately two months now and there's been a lag / delay with many channels. My other apps (Netflix etc.) Work fine.Tech support was very helpful and provided the following advice:- internet speed needs to be sufficient. So either have the modem nearby or have it connected by wire- upgrade the software as necessary

This is the best box I ever try just small note when u buy and receive this box direct call the costumer service and they will open the channels for u they have great service I recommend anybody to buy it if u live in any state in America and you get this box you can releases the cable for the american channels because this box have all american Arabic spanish channels and etc... toooo many different channels great product 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
