Works to strengthen inner thighs.
This value priced exercise tool really works. Resistance is medium to strong. Cushions are good. I've been using this several times a week while watching TV and have felt a difference.

Not worth it
This is extremely small and not worth buying. You can go to Five below and find something better. It is not very resistant and extremely to easy to use. The performance is not worth it.
