12.5 Foot One-Touch Release Ladder Aluminum Portable Extension Telescoping Ladder Include Carry Bag(330 lb Limit)

Believe this ladder is going to be the perfect answer to my problem of finding a suitable way to get up to and down from a sleeping loft I had built in a guest room. The room is very small, so there is also an issue with storing it when not in use. Turns out it stands behind the door so is out of sight when the door is open. Very easy to extend and lower, but be sure to follow instructions on the SAFE way to lower it. Even then, I caught a little piece of skin between my thumb and forefinger when a section compacted, and it DOES hurt! I will mostly only use it when the lofts are in use, so it won't be an every-day thing. I have noticed that sometimes a latch will stick when trying to push it to release a section, but I haven't had a chance to try to tweek it yet. The end edges of the rungs are sharp, so bare feet and hand placement must be considered. This ladder is very sturdy, and is very noisy when each section is released to close it down. It wouldn't be so loud if in a larger space with carpet, or outside... The hard rubber has that chemical smell, but I put it in the garage for quite a while and it got way better. I'll have to see if it smells up the small room where it is stored (in a seasonal home). Overall, I'm delighted with this solution, and hope to get many years use from it.

I love this ladder. When I bought my house the inspector had one and it looked pretty handy, so I bought one. It is very versatile due to the variable nature of it's height. It's not very heavy and is very compact to store. It fits in the trunk of my car when I need it somewhere other than home. I'm not a huge guy, so I can't comment on its weight bearing capability, but it handle my 175 pounds easily. Great product for me.

Could hardly see the Ladder under all the safety stickers! Must be 20+ stickers on this thing, took awhile to clean em' off! I have not used this ladder yet but appears it will be fine for my needs (checking the roof of my Travel Trailer). Stowable, light weight. Hopeful it holds up.

This ladder is amazing! I bought if for my RV and it is perfect for doing my roof maintenance!

It's light enough to lift and store, it works easily. I love it. It fits in my pantry under the bottom shelf. Don't have to leave it outside.
