I was very excited to received my Moonrun since I injured my hip in the military and wanted to start doing cardio with low impact. However, It was impossible for me to pair my phone and the Moonrun device. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, I even downloaded zwift but the device did not show up. My phone is a Galaxy S9. The device shows up when I look at bluetooth devices on my Galaxy S9, but when I open an app (either MoonRun App or Zwift), the device does not appear. Very disappointed!Update July 29, 2020I've been very pleased with how fast I was contacted by MoonRun and they walked me through various steps to fix the pairing issue with Galaxy S9. They have amazing, competent, and quick costumers services.

Am enjoying this. It makes it simple for me to get a short run in, removes the barriers and excuses that would sometimes keep me from running (weather, time, etc). Takes up so much less space than a treadmill. I’m not sure how close this mimics my regular running stride, though. And I am doubtful of the accuracy of pace and distance measurements. It’s fun to pair up with some of the apps, but some require subscriptions.

Good product, just dont think its worth almost $300....needs better apps

Cool Concept, but cheaply made. Too expensive to be so cheap

I bought this for my son. Basically, I like this but there is something to improve. Unlike the description, the battery wears out quickly. My son used an hour for two days and the battery ran out. It's annoying to keep charging. And there are many times when the app doesn't capture the movement of an athlete. I run, but on the app, it comes out as walking.Also, if you hang it on a room door can open while exercising. My son was running and the door kept opening. So I bought a locker to fix the door. It's safe with it.

It is excellent for a great workout. Easy to use and carry. Everything necessary in a small concise package that you can take with you everywhere. The app is great, you can use any tv to make a cast and make the workout realistic and fun at the same time!

Moonrun is pretty easy. Ive set it up in front on by biggest tv and play YouTube hiking videos while running in place.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. She has knee pain when she traditionally runs but now with the bungee system she has no pain at all. Plus you don’t have to take up the eal estate that a normal treadmill will take up in your house
