Very helpful book .. would recommend
Only arrived recently, so still working through it. From the outset though, it is written in a clear, concise and accessible way. It outlines practices you can do in everyday situations, that help you restore your connection to your breath, your body and inner quiet. Thus helping to refresh, restore and calm your senses and ultimately your nervous system . In my work, as an osteopath, I am aware of the role of the nervous system in health and illness. Anything that allows your nervous system a chance to calm down and disengage, from the overload and multiple demands of modern life, will support your wellbeing .This is a helpful resource and also beautifully illustrated and designed . It’s a nice book to dip in to.I would recommend this book to anyone wanting simple , but profound ways to connect with Stillness, our own innate nature and the presence of Nature around us and explore the myriad benefits this will have in their daily lives.

An easy must-have
This book is visually stunning. As a bibliophile, hand on heart, this book is enchanting. It stands apart from any other meditation or spiritual book I've read in terms of new ideas and engaging content. It is high quality and yet reasonably priced. It would make an excellent present.
