I have tried this product for almost a month, but it did NOT lower my blood pressure at all.I,m sure for some people it might work, but not for me. My advise is give it a try for some it may work. But also I shoulp point out my own meds for blood pressure/hypertension are not working very well eithier....so back to the doctor. I am a big believer in natural meds, so I was disapointed
