Items not sold in 12/pack. I ordered a quantity of 18. All the ice packs sent in one box. Not in 18 box packs. Ridiculous!! Very disappointed!

These work great. I had some in my car and have used them for Scouting and sports injuries. Great to have plenty on hand!
