I have been studying olive oil for many years and truly appreciate finding this high quality organic olive oil with a full flavor profile, bold but not too intense, nice peppery aftertaste, very little bitter, extremely well balanced. If you like a full bodied oil for adding to raw and cooked foods, this is a superb selection to enrich any dish. With oil of this high quality and complexity, I do not use it for cooking and only keep it at the table. I use a mild olive oil for cooking. Thank you to Oleum Viride for this wonderful oil!

Bad taste. Spanish olive oil is actually the best olive oil.. this is not representative of any olive oil I would eat. Horrible taste, metallic and bland
