A great pastime well worth the purchase, also you have a choice to do a simple build or a complicated one(which I chose to do) rigging very detailed.Highly recommended.

Very nice detailed model, upto usual Revell standard, bit of cleaning to do on parts but fits together really well. as always very detailed easy to follow instructions which includes easy rigging or more detailed rigging surprised to find rope blocks included and small model figures really adds to the realism a superb model I have seen it on Amazon as low as £16 a real bargin with weeks of entertainment.Eventually got around to fininshing the model. really is a superb model very detailed, hours of painting, very fiddly but worth the effort. The detailed rigging is superb, suprisingly found the rope blocks much better then on the much more expensive Pirate ship very little cleaning the cotton passes through much easier which given the detail of the rigging helps tremendously. You can opt for simplified rigging but lose half the pleasure of doing the model and end up with something that is lacking in some detail. Didnt need the supplied paints as i already have a comprehensive set of paints but very useful for anyone new to modelling who has not got a paint stock, but the supplied paints will not allow the full colour range needed to paint the ship. Overall buy it its a steal.
