Brilliant Book
Love this Book. Must buy for any Numenera fans, but also adds so much to any GM who wants to add a little sci-fi to their game.

As with all Monte Cook products it is good.
I expected this book to be a conversion of some monsters and items from Monte Cook’s Numenera game and that is exactly what it is. I’m happy with the book and expect to use it along with the Ptolus setting when it arrives.

Best 5e source book
I haven't read Eberon but, as far as ancient advanced cultures or ancient alien gods lore, this is THE book to get. Includes 3 adventures, tons of monsters and DM advice. Perfectly compatible with any DND setting. Old-school blackmoor fans rejoice,

A great purchase don't sleep on it
This one of the best additions to my DM's tool box I've made in a while

Backed the Kickstarter and very happy
This is a pretty comprehensive book covering monsters, items, and a few adventures to add some spice to your d&d game. Not directly a numenera port but inspired I would say. I am glad they just didn't rehash the classic expedition of barrier peaks or Metamorphosis Alpha. If you're wanting to throw some stuff into your standard fantasy to spice it up you would be hard pressed to find better material. The paper is really good quality and the art is excellent. I have the leather bound one in addition to this one.

Confusing
Book is a bit confusing. Having both ttrpgs for dnd 5e and Cypher setting book is set up looking like a Cypher setting bit descriptions are 5e descriptions.

Meh...wished I would have never purchased this book.
Doesn't exactly live up to all the hype. The artwork which has been touted by some as being spectacular in the book is actually pretty mediocre. Given how much the price has risen on this book I would not recommend purchasing it. Still it isn't a total flop but I can only give it an average rating. Your money would be better spent on other gaming supplements that offer a similar flavor to your 5e game without the disappointment.

If you want to add a sci-fi flare to your 5E setting, this is the book to do it.
My copy of Arcana of the Ancients arrived today and its awesome. The artwork throughout is really well done, and the content covers a wide array of topics from mutations and cybernetics known as Iron Flesh to a Bestiary filled with automotons, constructs, and mutated things best left alone. If you've decided to add some 'forgotten ages' science to your setting, I recommend this book wholeheartedly.
