Q: Does this item have a neck strap? If not, how does it attach?

Yes, it does. I had to shorten the strap a little before attaching it to the other side of the hat.. Our teacup dressed up for a wedding we attended and he looked adorable in his attire 🤗

Q: Does anyone have a corgi to tell me the size I should get?

Yes, we have a corgi. Get a large size as the hats run small. By the way, our corgi hated it but, it made for a nice family photo!

Q: The inner diameter of the hat? Im using this for a diy project so going off a dog breed isnt going to help.

Doesn’t stay on head very well. Strap was too loose
