I got the machine for me and my wife to workout at home. It took me about 1 hour. Granted, I took my time, but you still need to identify parts and figure out where they go. I recommend giving all joints a shot of spray lubricant as you are assembling just to mitigate squeaks, though much of it is pre-greased. The LCD display is pretty basic, but is adequate and provides you with the most important information about your workout. The heart rate monitoring work great - it’s simple and there is plenty of room to set a phone or tablet on. The drink holder is a bit shallow. It is quiet enough that it won't disturb other people in the house, even if you use it in the early morning. I am very pleased with this machine and would recommend anyone looking for an elliptical, consider this one. I am 6'3" and started at 200 lbs. It is sturdy enough. I've been using this pretty much daily now, and it still works great.

In great shape, works great! I wouldn’t put my iPad on it though. Top isn’t that sturdy
