The $400 model has 3 zones of heat but this one only has two which seemed plenty! It’s very easy to use and the remote control makes it even better. The arm holes are a huge plus!! I lay in it for about 40 min on 57 c after dinner. I always feel less bloated after. Just make sure you wear really thick socks.

I bought this in Oct 2020. I have used it almost every day for 20-45 minutes on the highest heat. I sweat a ton, feel great, super flexible after, and my feet that have metal in them, feel pretty amazing and pliable after each session. I feel like I go through withdrawals and miss it if I go without it for a few days. This blanket has never done me wrong, I even bought an additional one for someone I dont particularly care for but I knew they had a lot of ailments it could help. If I'd recommend it to my enemies, I surely recommend it to you lol (I've never tried the remote cuz I just start it, fall asleep & it shuts off)

I use this product to relax and detox.. It's very easy to use, gets nice and hot, and easy to fold and store away. My daughters love to use it too.. I highly recommend this blanket to anyone looking. :)

Great Sauna Blanket , I only have 4 stars because the left side zipper stripped. Seller is sending me a replacement , very speedy response . Heats up quickly and great sweat . Takes away aches and pains and feel skimmed down after a few sweats. Very happy for the $$ . I haven’t used remote .

I find lying in the blanket to be deeply relaxing, but because of the low quality of the heating elements and how they are situated, you get “lines” of heat.

This thing is junk! It caught on fire and burnt me! I need to call a lawyer.
