If you're looking for something formal and chock full of specific advice on stationary choices, this would not be the book for you. However, this is a great read as an introduction to general etiquette. Fabulous for a young college girl. I might even peg it as a "beach read".

The author seems to be a very juvenile, wet behind the ear young woman who was attempting to publish anything with her name on it. This is definitely NOT a book on ettiquites that I would recommend, it is so basic, so, almost primative!

first of all, this is a book written by a british author for british women. i could understand most of the quips in the book, but not all of them.then all the advise. some good (and primitive), some not so good (unless you have the personality of joan rivers).i didn't like this book at all, but i thought i would give it a chance after reading the prequel.

I bought this more recently as I had read some truly great reviews on this book ! this is a genius book, totally funny very laugh out loud and of course some great pages packed with lots of advice but as I say done in such a fun way ! honestly , this is a must for every lady who wants to know how to get it right in any situation ! do buy this its great !

I love manners and etiquette books. This is an addition to my collection. I like the fact that it is quite up-to-date and relevant. Thank you for posting to me in Italy. This is a book you can even give to someone who needs it under the guise that it is an 'updated' etiquette book, just in case.

Save your money!Probably the worst book I have bought... I read it in less than 30 minutes and there was very little 'real' etiquette advice. Instead just a lot of waffle about not very much."Findings of a modern woman" may be a more fitting title, as the book was more of a description of day to day occurrences rather than what a reader would expect when buying an etiquette book.

Made me chuckle quite a bit and was an entertaining read! Nice bedtime reading with some practical advice - albeit a bit tongue in cheek
