Great natural alternative to pain meds!
I bought this a little over a month ago but just started using it daily. I was skeptical but I've been taking one in the morning with breakfast and one with dinner at night. After about a week I've noticed a huge difference and reduction in my arthritis pain in my knees. I've been able to go off of painkillers (naproxen) for the past few days which was impossible before. I had arthroscopic knee surgery for 2 meniscus tears about 6 months ago and I also have grade 3 osteoarthritis. I've been trying to find an all natural alternative to painkillers and so far this is it so I just ordered another bottle. Thank you for making a product that finally helps my daily knee pain! I've been telling everyone I know that suffers from daily pain about these!

It is organic and a great product for a great price
I was told at the organic store there is no such thing as organic Turmeric so I got on google and found this product. It is organic and a great product for a great price. I bought it and had it delivered before the store could even check into it:) Don't take what people say as the truth, check things out for yourself. I love that I bought this product quickly and it has the Turmeric and Curcumin all in one! It's hard to find so this is a treat!

All the benefits without the taste
These capsules are a great way to get more turmeric in your diet. I try to cook with turmeric as much as possible, but my turmeric recipe repertoire isn't extensive enough and I get tired of curries, so I don't eat as much as I should. I have tried turmeric teas, but the flavor isn't my favorite, and I never end up enjoying myself. For anyone in my situation, this product is a great solution. In a turmeric supplement, I look for organic turmeric to avoid the pesticides that can accumulate in the tender roots of plants, and one that includes black pepper as the combination is very effective for absorption.I use turmeric because of its antioxidant properties. It provides immune support, helps with digestion and aids in maintaing a health skeletal system. I opened up one of these capsules, and the turmeric seems to be good quality. It smells and tastes fresh and, of course, it has the recognizable bright yellow-orange of turmeric root. If you don't mind the taste of turmeric powder you could add it directly to teas or smoothies, but for anyone who wants the benefits without the taste, these capsules are a great option.
