I like the product to come in each serve small bag and put together , so I do not have to break them out.

There is nothing actually wrong with this product except that it is about ten times the cost of other, similar pasta. It claims to contain a larger proportion of wheat germ and maybe it does and if for some reason you think that is worth the difference in price, knock yourself out. It cooks about as quickly as "ordinary" pasta and tastes about the same as well. Has an interesting shape unlike any other noodles I have seen. Outside of that it is unexceptional - just ten times more expensive than other pasta that is essentially indistinguishable.

Some of the noodles arrived broken but other than they arrived earlier that Expected and I can’t wait to taste them. Will return to review after cooking them

And it tastes SO GOOD. Be careful not to overcook it - most dried pastas have a 6 to 8 minute or more cook time - this one takes 3 to 4 (and it does say so on the packet, but really, most of us assume we know, right?) - when you cook to the recommended time, it's beautifully al dente, good enough to eat plain, or with a splash of good quality olive oil and some grated parmesan cheese. Excellent with light sauces, hearty sauces - really - terrific!
