Great general use NPN transistor in the SOT-23 package. These type of transistors are in every electronic device these days. The complementary transistor to the BC847B (NPN) is the BC857B (PNP). These are a must to have on hand for the repairman. CAUTION: The complementary transistors from this seller (BC857B) are currently marked as NPN and they are actually PNP transistors (Verified by me). With that said, these are a steal at this price point and will repair many electronic devices. Thank you to the seller!

Excellent deal for npn transistors. I'm using them to improve the light circuits in our solar landscaping lamps.

Shipping took a while longer that what I'm accustomed to from buying on Amazon. But the parts were packaged nicely though. I had a bad transistor on my Synology 1815+ NAS that I needed these for. After replacing the old one with one of these my NAS is up and running again like a champ. Now I've got some spares if it happens again.

2SC3355 TO-92 NPN BJT Power Bipolar Junction Transistor. I use them as a VHF intermediate amplifier, add a simple heat sink, and connect two in parallel to measure 1.5W, which is enough to drive the power tube of the later stage.

Transistor was correct and works as it is supposed to.
