Moxie Soda (12-12oz Cans)

I have loved this soda since I was little.Yes, it’s a little bitter, but that’s what I love about it!!I like to have it in the house when I have an upset stomach, it makes everything better.I think it was used for medicinal purposes years ago, but correct me if I’m wrong.It shipped fast & came with no problems at all. I will order again!!

I had never heard of Moxie soda before until a few months ago when I saw it featured on a television show, I think it was on modern marvels. In any event, I decided to Google it and found that they carry the regular, non-diet version of this soft drink at BevMo stores. Since there's bevmo's in my town, I checked and they had it in stock so I tried a bottle of the regular version made with real cane sugar. It was delicious, however, I prefer diet soft drinks for a number of reasons. So I decided to go online and ordered a box of the diet moxie sodas.It took a while to get here since it shipped from a marketplace seller located across the country on the east coast. However, when the cans arrived, they were in good shape and the flavor was delicious, comparable to the full sugar one that I had tried from my local bevmo. Note that they also sell non diet Moxie sodas by the cans, but after reading some reviews and doing some research I determined that those canned Moxie sodas contain high fructose corn syrup and do not taste the same as the original bottled ones or my favorite diet Moxie in the can.As for the flavor, it's somewhere between root beer and ginger ale, a unique and refreshing flavor that I enjoy. I plan to continue ordering this product. Note that a second case that I ordered arrived in good condition but was cut in half and repackaged into a standard size box for shipping purposes. This is fine since the cans arrived in good shape, but doesn't make for the best presentation in the event you are trying to send this as a gift to impress somebody. But I think they'll be impressed with just receiving the sodas in good condition!

We grew up with Moxie, it's amazing we found Diet Moxie!

the best way i can describe Moxie is Root Beer with Dr. Pepper, with a slight Cough Syrup aftertaste. It's sweetened with HFCS so I don't know if you can find a version of this that uses real sugar (like Mexican Coke) and if there is, it likely tastes better.

It’s only brewed in New England, so when your daughters in the army all over the world, you ship it to her, no matter what the prices she loves his stuff

Very disappointed as the box was basically destroyed when it arrived to my home. 8 of the 12 bottles were damaged and it can’t be returned or replaced. Makes no sense. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

tastes like dr pepper but with a bit of an aftertaste, tastes best with ice cubes
