Build quality is good enough. This Hand gripper has marks of weights upto 40kgs, but metal spring is not enough strong with repesctive the mentioned weights on the Hand gripper. Metal spring should be little bit stronger and harder, then only we can feel some weight on hands while doing exercise.

Its not durable. spring cant bear rwgular tension. It breaks within 30 days. Dont buy this

Product quality is nice.... But the issue is only about pressure.....its not actually equivalent of 40 kg..... Its hardly i say 10kg.... Otherwise the product and its quality is awesome....just love it.......

The rubber on thr grip is eroding very fast. They need to provide better rubber. Also I notice that after 60 rounds, the iron spring becomes loose and does not provide 40 kg force. So they need to provide better iron/steel in spring.

The weight is quite adjustable. At first I thought it was just a toy that won't actually do grip strength any good but it I feel that it may actually be helpful after using it. But ofcourse, if a person wants better solutions, barbell wrist curls exist but for convenience, this is pretty good.
