Fresh Scottish Salmon Side 1.25Kg- 1.5Kg

I order the salmon 1.5kg fillet on Monday for a fire pit feast night with my friends on Saturday evening, to my surprise the fish was deliver by Thursday in a waxes cardboard box that also contained a chiller gel pack and a relevant portion of wood “shavings” (that I used to start my fire with!) I requested the skin on as it was going to be roasted over wood. The fish was to a very good standard with no strong odour and no bones the plastic bag that contained the fish didn’t leak. I was delighted with the firmness and flavour of the fillet, I will be purchasing this product again.
