Unsure how to remove old wires or fix new ones so a simple guide would have helped. Simpler than I thought in the end. Works well and simple enough to retro fit

Like many (see the online reviews) I've had to replace my JCC LED6s in my bathroom much earlier than planned (all 4 failed one by one after between 2 and 6 years service). I wanted a straight swap I could do myself and these are the natural replacements but a major improvement. Unfortunately I fouled the plasterboard cut outs removing the old lights but if you can do it without damaging the cut out you may not need the converter plates which I've had to use (though they're great quality). The V50 certainly has a better spread of light than the LED6 and certainly emits less heat and are thus more energy efficient. These have the benefit of being easily switchable between warm white (3000k) and cool white (4000k) should the need arise. Overall very happy, I'll be quick to take stars off if they fail as quick as the old lights but reviews seem to suggest better longevity here.
