I’ve been toying with the idea of getting a weighted for some time.As I’d seen some great reviews on them, I didn’t want to spend a fortune and find out it wasn’t for me. I’d checked various places and prices and come across this one. As it wasn’t too expensive I decided to give it a try.I’m so glad I did. I suffer with fibromyalgia so can sometimes have quite bad muscle spasms and restless legs that wake me trough the night.This has been a game changer for me. 90% difference in my sleep, it’s made a massive difference with my restless legs and night time have dramatically improved.It isn’t so heavy that it’s uncomfortable, just the right weight to know a difference but over bearing.It’s quite a thin blanket which is great for when the nights are warm but you still want the weight. I’ve used it alone or used it on top of my duvet.I’m so glad I found this.

At first I thought it was going to be too heavy but it actually feels really good! It's hard to explain how it feels but it's comforting and I sleep great with it. On colder nights, it's not quite warm enough but a blanket over it sorts that. Definitely recommend

This blanket is heavy but it does seem to stop your legs from fidgeting. Make sure you get correct weight as 2 heavy you would be unable to move .

I love my weighted blanket! I initially bought one for my stepson who has autism and he loved it calms him down makes him sleep much better, i tried it and liked it so I ordered one, i would say although its soft it isn't your snuggly type of soft and would be better with sheets, all round nicely made and of good quality, it keeps you warm at night i ordered queen size which is around the same size as a single quilt so bear that in mind when ordering. If you have anxiety, sleep problems, insomnia etc and you are thinking about buying one i definitely would as I feel so relaxed and can fall to sleep so much easier and sleep longer definitely worth the money, mine is 6kg its very heavy but not uncomfortable (i would actually like mine heavier)

I love this blanket so much, I find it helps my relaxation and calms me at bed time. But beware queen size would be more a single size. My bed is a small double bed and it covers just over half the bed so if you share a bed it'll only cover one person lolI sleep with it over the top of my duvet cover when I'm sharing my bed.

I have not only bought this but have since converted my mum, cousin and a friend who was struggling to sleep following a stroke. The blanket is heavy and you have to heave it onto yourself so worth being wary for anyone whod struggle with lifting weight. When you first use it it feels a bit constrictive when its on but it must work at relaxing your body because it sends me off so quickly. Would caution against using on top of a duvet in the heat of summer though due to the heat. But yeah i love mine.
