Grindmaster RC400 Single Cup Commercial Brewer, Black/Silver

Bought in 2016, still running 7.5 years later with zero issues. Try to find a keurig that can say that. Had some trouble early on with k-cups and had to buy Martinson cups, but newer k-cups work just fine. Installed in a coffe bar in our master bedroom by a plumber, including an under counter filter that I change every 6 months. NO KORE FILLING A TANK! Cleans easily, even with filtered water like anything it will occasionally need a good cleaning. Does a 16oz travel mug, which is hard to find in a keurig. Coffee still comes out white hot after all these years. Control panel is easy to use. Does tea and hot water too. Absolutely 5 stars, but things that would make it even better:1) programmable default mug size. We almost exclusively use 16 oz travel mugs. Have to change the setting from 8 to 16 every time2) the neon lights are VERY bright, which is a bit of a problem in our bedroom. It’s sleep mode doesn’t disable the lights. Didn’t want to have to turn it fully on and wait every morning for it to warm up so we cover it with a black trash bag lol. A push button sleep mode that turned all the lights out would be fantastic.Definitely 3rd world problems. This thing far surpassed all of my expectations.

First, if you install the water line yourself (and don't hire a plumber) which is pretty easy to do if you have any DIY skills, if voids the warranty, which you don't find out until you open the package and start reviewing the instruction book. Second, the pump is noisy, real noisy. Third, after using it for 9 months, the keypad went bad and the cup size stays stuck on 8 ounces.

I bought this so I could have a water line connected to the machine (Keruig) you have to buy a commercial unitand you can't buy that unless you have x amount of employees and a sales person has to come to see you. So this machine fills itself huge plus.4 to 16 ounces (awesome)you can fold upper shelf and remove bottom tray to fit your tall travel cup under it ( can't do that with Keruig)some idiot wrote about light in the reservoir causing bacteria (please) just power down at the control panel, no need to turn machine off at back. takes all my K cupsno worry about reading K cup codes in order to brew.The only draw back to this brewer is when u put your k cup in and select your size brew, if it's not heated. it heats up and then you have to lift and hit brew again.instead of just brewing after it reaches brew temperature. I also like that you can top it off after brewing is done by holding brew button. no regrets so far. have had this for about three weeks now.

This was a demo version with a fused lid- newer model has a hinged lid which is easier to fill manually. Great machine, only that one glitch.

Can't use re-fillable cups as the machine puncture point is off center. So I was disappointed I could not use either of my stainless steel or plastic refillable cups filled with coffee of my choice.Other than that, the machine works well. The selection of water size, type of hot beverage; cocoa, coffee, tea, is nice touch.

Tried a re-usable k-cup and they don't work, the water outlet is off set where it pierces the cup. Does anyone supple a re-usable cup for this?

Almost 6,000 cups and counting!! I’ve had this machine for four years without any issues ever. Really easy to use, makes great coffee and is compatible with all k-cups. This unit can be directly connected to a water sources which elevates the need to refill the tank manually. You can set it to brew at a maximum 200 degrees F. It can also dispense hot water for teabag or other needs like soup. There are so many other features such as wake and off setting, cup size, cocoa and tea brew options, and It does a pre-infusion. Seems to be well made with High quality parts.

poor quality very very noisy wakes up the whole house!!
