They sent the right model number and was able to replace my old film. If you're unsure about which is for which mainly look to see if your controller has the light shining through the touchpad (it most likely will unless it's an old controller that you haven't touched or got your hands on pre-owned) and if you are already replacing the film then look at the joystick cut outs and lines running to the Buttons on the right side of the controller being X Triangle Square and Circle. Easy fix and saves a ton of money instead of buying a new controller.
