These are very hard to read, They are accurate but you must use a flash light to see the color scale.The picture that they show in the add is what they look like.You need to shine a flashlight at the scale on an angle to see the color.I would not buy these again.

We make our own wine in a house where temps are very inconsistent. These little strips are great for attaching to carboys and monitoring the temperature for fermentation. They are very simple design and easy to read.

As described

There is no discernible mark or indicator to indicate temperature. I would have expected a color change as temp changed but the background is completely black no matter the temp.

This thermometer is OK, but is hard to read.

I have one on all my glass carboys. I have had no issues reading the temperature. On mine, they change color just fine. No concerns so far.EDIT: I have ordered these twice. They were not the same. The first ones were somewhat smaller, F dominant (F scale was the larger and easier to read one) and ranged from 39-97 (4-36). The second ones were C dominant and ranged from 39 to 82 (4-28). The ones in the picture as of today are the second ones (I preferred the first).
