Pills work great just pill size is a bit large
When I first received my bottle, it was sealed with a safety seal and a date printed on the bottom of the bottle to let me know when it is good until a specific date. I had a bit of trouble taking off the plastic protection strip due to their is no strip to tear along. The pills are thick compared to capsules I have taken. I had no problem getting the pills down as long as I took one after the other and drank a full glass of water, I wish they made these is soft capsules and I would have really enjoyed them because at times I felt like it didn't go down all the way so I would need more water. These are not for users who can't swallow thick pills. Please note that I received this product free in exchange of an honest and unbiased review.
