Exactly as advertised
I saw a review saying that the product wasn't as advertised. Thats unfortunate, but that was not the case for me.These bands are fantastic. I use them for all different kinds of workouts. These in combination with some helpful youtube videos is great for a full body workout.The bands are exactly like they look in the pictures. It's the four bands with a carrying case. They're in the runnerband shape, not a tube shape. They're durable enough for me to stretch them over my head when I stand on them and I'm 6'1".Fantastic product.

Great pull up aid
I got this to build muscle to do pull ups since I am a beginner, and it definitely makes it easier for me to do it. I recommend this to anyone that has a hard time with pull ups or similar workouts.

Perfect for working out at home
These resistance bands are perfect for working at home and virtually anywhere. They don't take much space and they aren't really heavy. They also seem to be durable and they definitely do the job in terms of resistance. There are possibly endless ways to use them. I think that it is up to your creativity how you use them. With the right combination, you can probably do nearly everything that you can do in the gym. In my experience with these resistance bands, I found one thing that can count as an issue. The edges are a bit sharp. When you stretch them during work out you fell it. This feeling increases as you stretch the bands further. I did feel a little bit of pain in my hands when I was testing the product. Perhaps the edges could be rounded for more comfortable use. Other than that these are amazing resistance bands that can bring the gym home. I would recommend this product.

Quality seems good, but didn't receive exactly what was advertised
Ignore the guy who said these were just tubes. They are thick straps. My initial take, having just received them. First, the bands came in a thick plastic bag (no box), wrapped and taped. Be extremely careful when cutting the tape to get to the bands, because you can easily slice through the storage bag. Second, one reviewer mentioned ankle straps and a door strap, but the set didn't come with those. Finally, I didn't receive the instructions that were supposed to come with the set. Having never used this type of product before, I now have to hunt for instructions online. Conclusion - they seem like decent bands, but the packaging and lack of instructions was disappointing. Looking forward to working out with them, and will update with results.
