Deflated Balloons
While the products provided could have been good, 3 of my balloons deflated as soon as I blew them up. The H and Y so I couldn’t hang happy and the number 2. Unfortunately, I purchased this over a month ago for my bday so I could not return it. So my decorations were ruined. Hopefully I just received a bad package. I’ve been buying party sets from amazon for years and this is the first time I received defective materials. A waste of $22

Holes in balloons
Most of the balloons had holes in them and would not inflate! Very disappointed.

Some of the happy birthday letters came ripped so I didn’t even put them up.
