KYLIN SPORT 90mm Universal Wearproof Abration Bearing Pulley Wheel for Gym Equipment Part

Used this item to repair a broken piece of fitness equipment. It was less costly than the OEM part but a bit wider. I filed the hun down a bit and it works great.

The item was okay; however, it did not fit my home gym. The item appeared to be bigger than what was advertised. Nonetheless, I will consider ordering with this seller again.

Solid, smooth bearings. If you are using these for more decorative purposes (IE: diy barn doors) be aware that the finish comes scratched up. For my build it's above eye level so it's not super important. Also, the rolling surface isn't perfectly smooth. It's not terrible, but rolling across a hard surface rather than a cable will translate to some unpleasant rattle and rumble. Otherwise, pretty dang solid. I would buy them again.

A few months ago, I got 2 of these. One for my high pulley and one that I use for a low- or mid-height pulley. Both work well. There is negligible friction so the cable exercises are good and smooth.I tried another brand which had way too much friction and I returned it. Before this Kylin pulley I was using a basic garage door pulley.I had to ask someone to machine a bracket for me because I didn't have a bracket to fit this size. Couldn't find one separately. It would help if Kylin offered a suggested bracket to buy alongside their pulley. Aug 13, 2016These were exactly what I needed. I built myself a device to exercise my arms, and first used non-bearing pulleys like you buy at the hardware store. Those got so hot the pulley would stop turning. Then I tried using garage door pulleys, which were an improvement over the non-bearing pulleys, but still left a lot to be desired. These Kylin Sport are smooth and quiet. If you've exercised much on a repetitive machine, you know how important 'quiet' is. A constant repetitive squeak will drive you crazy when you listen to it over and over again for 30-60 min. These are whisper quiet. I am very thankful they are available.Update Oct 21, 2017I recently bought a second pair of these Kylin pulleys to make a homemade exercise device for another family member. My opinion of them remains the same - I still like these pulleys a lot. In the pair I use for myself, one pulley developed a little squeak a couple months ago. I sprayed a slight amount of silicone lubricant in, no more squeak since.One person asked about U-shaped supports for these pulleys. I had to make my own. I'm attaching a pic of the ones I made, maybe it will be of help to anyone thinking of making their own. I used two bolts, two nuts, one lock washer, some flat metal, and a short piece of bent steel rod. The welding was 'picky'.

Perfect fit and replacement for our gym machine. It’s been on for a year now and still going strong.

I used this to make a homemade tricep pulldown. I went to home depot and got a wheel with housing around it. I took out the wheel and replaced it with this pulley. It works excellent

I previously reported that in an order of 12 of these pulleys 3 of them felt rough and gritty when rotating the pulley by hand.I have not received any response from the seller as yet! I would like three replacements please!The other 9 pulleys I received are fine and in use on my Atlas Cross Bar machine.
