Square Enix Ken Super Street Fighter IV Play Arts Kai Action Figure

Nice detailed figure, if a bit delicate (like the other Play Arts figures). It's painted in rich colors and has a lot of character.

It's been more than 2 years since the first Street Fighter PAK were announced. After I saw Ryu's prototype I knew they had to make Ken. I'm probably one of the biggest Ken fans out there, so back in Feb 2013 or so, when I saw he was going to be made I was completely excited. These were the longest 6 months for me because I was waiting for this figure like a kid. Once this was released in Asia, I saw many positive and negative reviews about it, which got me a bit dissapointed. Some of the cons I was seeing was about the face, mostly about the yelling face, which many people were saying it looks too flat or something. Honestly... this figure is just awesome. The one I got, looks fantastic; both faces are great, the yelling one doesn't look flat at all, I even saw it on different lightning areas, and looks wonderful; I'm not sure if the ones people got, had some flaws, but mine looks just like the prototype they showed on the conventions. I definitely recommend it, it completes the three main Shotokans, his general design is great, definitely better than Ryu's. Tons of articulation points, his fighting GI is very well designed and looks just like the Arcade Edition Ken. The only complaint I guess I have, is that he is a bit taller than PAK Ryu, which I think it's a mistake since they're supposed to be the same height but generally PAK Ken is bigger; I'd dare to say PAK Ken is similar in size as the Guile one or probably between him and Ryu. Aside from that everything is awesome. As a Ken fan I can tell you, Square Enix exceed my expectations with this figure, and yes is a bit more expensive than some others but it's totally worth it.Great job Square Enix. Shoryuken!

play arts kai ken masters. Another great figure from the new sf lineup. It comes with stand, flaming fist, set of alternate hands, and another face. The detail and sculpt in all the accessories is great especially in the fire that you can attach to his fist. Its big and heavy and it looks like a flame. The paint is great overall. No quality issues here. As with guile, all the joints except the head and torso are rachetted and give a positive click after numerous poses. The hands and face still fit snug after numerous swaps. The gi is very well done as well. Its pretty cool to see that play arts just did not use ryus mold and painted it red instead of white. Its a totally different sculpt. The only thing that i dont care for is the purple belt. However i dont recall if its purple for game accuracy? Anyways, not a big deal at all. Also arms and shoulders are more detailed and bigger than ryus. I own ryu as well, and even though ryu is super sweet, you can see an overall improvement as far as quality goes in kens figure. Overall is a kickass pak figure worth the 50 bucks. Highly recommend it.

One of the hand did not fit in to the replace slot, because it's defective. The othe one fit fine.

Barbie should simply go for this ken ! it's such a nice piece i certainly love it ... the details are amazing ! the articulations are quite good and the paint job is top notch.i don't have any complaints bout this figure ...he's standing besides ryu and they both look quite awesome !

My favorite street fighter done right. Everything is amazing. Get him and you won't be disappointed. Detail, paint apps, joints all are A++

no issues with packaging. great figure very sturdy no loose joints and no QA issues. overall better than the chun li figure.
