I think Bisquick makes the best pancakes and waffles. I’ve had great success with recipes for muffins, desserts and quiche. Rave reviews in fact, which convinced me.

Pack of 2 40 oz boxes of Bisquick. Purchased these for a friend who is feeding a family of 9. I help with shelf stable pantry items - she loves bisquick. You can do so much with it. Amazon makes it easy to send stuff. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. Those numbers used to fluctuate over time - up and down but I noticed that they stopped updating regularly - perhaps to phase them out. It's a shame because it did help you see who has been around the longest and who is a trustworthy reviewer. I absolutely love this product ! There are so many uses for it. I like to add different fruits, nuts or both. Depending on what I'm making. It's never failed me yet !

I LOVE having home-baked biscuits so quickly. I can just spontaneously decide to back 4 for myself at anytime...no prep work and other ingredients necessary. You'll just need a bowl, water (or milk), and a spoon. Stir 'um up and drop them directly onto a pan lined with aluminum paper, and you've got yummy, piping hot biscuits in just 8 minutes (it took you 1 minute to stir it up.) You can also make yummy pancakes with the same mix, just add eggs and milk. Just like my mom used to make for us every Saturday.

Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. Fast, well packaged. Highly recommend.

When I received these boxes they were expired by 9 months. You cannot return them or get a refund for them. I never thought I would get any food that was expired. I won't try again.
