Excellent check scanner and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am the tax collector for a local municipality with roughly 7500 parcels. We have 3 taxes - 1 is paid once a year per parcel, another is paid up to 3 times for installments per parcel and the last one is a per person tax (there are 15,000 bills that are sent). This scanner far exceeded my expectations. I had 1 issue with it so far and that was a user error. I was totally in panic mode with roughly 15M worth of checks to deposit. Sent an email to UNIQUEPOS and the replied immediately and pointed me in the right direction. Turns out, the cord wasn't plugged into the unit - hey, it was a long day - but the level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. THANKS GUYS!
