The band to put it around your head is so tight, and I bought two of these and they were both the exact same way, it’s so tight that you cannot comfortably wear it. I had to snip the bands and tie extra elastic to it. So if you have a normal sized head you cannot comfortably wear this mask.

I didn’t purchase this to put on my eyes or forehead. I got it so that I could apply moist heat to my TMJ inflammation. It’s just a small area on the jaw and I was tired of having a big rolled up electric wet heating pad on my face. This fits my needs perfectly. It’s small, heats up in the micro, smells great and looks very pretty. I cut the straps off immediately after I unwrapped it. The straps were not stretchy so probably uncomfortable if you want to place it on like a mask. It keeps the heat for about 20 minutes which is all I need.

Scent and fabric are lovely but the elastic is so small even my 10 year old couldn’t get it in comfortably. Tried cutting it off but that rendered it almost useless as it no longer stayed put

I cannot wear this - the straps included are much too small for even tiny heads. Adjustable straps would have been a good idea, and I may be able to refit some to this to make it usable, but otherwise it's useless.

Elastic is way too tight and instructions say to not heat it up if you are using it as an eye mask... defeats the purpose of why I got the item. The aromatherapy part isn't as effective if you don't warm it up j/s. Ugh.

The elastic is very tight and there's no way I could wear this. There is no way to loosen it.When I tried to return it, the shipping fee was almost as much as the product was ... so why bother.Please only buy this if you have a very small head or if it's for a child.
