Hikaru No Go, Volume 7 Paperback – July 5, 2006

This purchase completed my series of Hikaru no Go. I was very thrilled about that. In the story, we get to witness a pivotal point in Hikaru's storyline.The unfortunate publishing mistake is something mentioned before by other people who reviewed this edition. The edition is cut too short. It doesn't really affect reading the story, but as a collector, my heart bleeds a little.Overall I was very happy to be able to add it to my shelf, even with the flaw in this edition and at a premium cost for a slightly used copy.

The pages are in good condition for the most part, but the whole book is cut about a third of an inch shorter than it should be! See photos for comparison with volume 5 of the same series. This cuts off words, pictures and even part of the author's name on the front cover. I would say that anything that makes the book MORE difficult to read drops it below "good condition." Very disappointing, since I paid over $30 for this used copy in order to complete the series!
